We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
⏱ Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
For safety and logistics reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used car accessories
- Electrical components (e.g. LED lights, cameras, chargers)
- Items damaged by improper installation or misuse
- Customized or made-to-order products
📦 Return Process
Email us at hi@carxp.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9971194967 with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm eligibility and share the return address or pickup instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
💳 Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Card) within 5–10 working days after quality check.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the package and item.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verifying with our supplier.
