📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

🚚 Delivery Time

Because we use a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary by supplier and product type:

• Domestic (India-based suppliers): 5–10 business days
• International (global suppliers): 10–18 business days

Note: Delays may occur during festivals, customs clearances, or courier issues beyond our control.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across most cities and towns in India through our logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post. Remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free on most prepaid orders.
• A nominal fee (₹99–₹199) may apply for certain bulky items or Cash-on-Delivery (if available).

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website or via the link provided by us.
